With all sites I used Adobe Photoshop for mockups and hand coded them in Adobe Dreamweaver.

Contract work through The Staley Concern. The original site was designed by the yellow pages which seemed like a good idea at the time but looked very cookie cutter of other roofing sites on the internet. Also they used house photos from places in the east coast. Nothing like you would see here in California. With that in mind we set out to take new photographs of recently completed jobs to show the type of craftsmanship they pride themselves in. We show the whole process from beginning to end while walking the user through the steps and decisions needed before and after the project is complete. We talk about recent changes in CA laws that are now in effect that the client should be aware of. We tried to give a visual description of the quality work they perform and the time and effort they put in to accomplish it.

Contract work through The Staley Concern. Pretty standard client here, they had never had a website but with the changing economy you really need to have something online or you are missing out on a big market. The first design was created to fit the client's needs and wants. Something simple but would still be able to show the vast amount of products the store does have in stock.

Contract work through The Staley Concern. I have to admit when I first heard about the idea behind Field Water Alarm I was a little stumped. This product sends a radio signal to a receiver to let you know when water has reached a certain point in the irrigation area. After an in store demonstration I saw what he was looking to sell. The idea can be used in many different areas. He even now has a cell phone version. So we came up with a site re-design that explains the product and gives his company more professional look. We gave him more options to contact potential clients and a one stop shop to send clients for more information.

Every designer has family member that would like a site designed for them. This was that site for me. My uncle Dave runs a full service property maintenance company that serves the Modesto, CA area. He designed and helped install the beautiful kitchen you see in the main page photo. He was looking to expand his customer base and use the site to do that. The site is in need of a update which I hope to get started on soon to expand on the design we have in place with new photos and even some testimonials.

Contract work through The Staley Concern. The original idea behind this site was to give the drivers and the clients a site that they could track shipments to and from locations. There is also a very specific and extensive job application section that was created to help get as much information online from a prospective driver before the come in for an interview. The tracking software was going to be a big undertaking using the existing database and current driver tracking system already in use at Rocha. After doing some searching we found the software company already had add-ons and modules that allowed this type of function saving Rocha some money and time getting the system off the ground.

Contract work through The Staley Concern. Matheny Industrial Builders was looking to expand the way they bid and get plans to other contractors. While the site is basic from a development standpoint it has a plan room that is secure that hosts AutoCAD and PDF plans for both contractors and clients can keep an eye on the changes that occur. We designed a separate section that is only accessible by authorized users on a time coded basis. The plan room was designed so the user can upload the files into a newly created directory and the site will automatically configure a plan room using the directory structure and file names to sort and display the files accordingly.

Contract work through The Staley Concern. Menghetti Construction wanted to be ahead of their competitors and get a website online that showed their process from start to finish. We wanted to emphasis this process with photos that you could follow from beginning to end and see how the project took shape. We also look at the history of the individuals that work there to show the experience they posses to get the job done right and on time. The site is pretty basic with a lot of photos and even a little flash on the front page to show off some of the work they have completed.

Contract work through The Staley Concern. City Tire Sales was looking for something to attract new customers to the store and online. We highlighted tires and rims that are a signiture at City Tire with beautiful photos. They were also very interested in sharing the story of how City Tires came to be. During the creation of the site Cooper Tires released there new swoosh logo so we included that at the top of the site in a flash animation. Also created a updated PDF catalog of some of there best selling tires.

Originally a redesign that turned into something more. They focus on RV properties &s RV lots for sale by owners. The site is built on a home made CMS system designed specifically for SnowbirdProperties. The admin can run the entire site which includes free and pay ads, banners, events and rv park information through the admin panel. There is also a small user panel when placing new ads. I also built in a simple billing interface that helps keep track of the flow of money within the site. The site can run with almost no interaction from the admin. From point of sale all the way through to the receipt and transaction ID is automated.
